CGI-Clinics at the Cancer Variant Interpretation for Cancer Consortium Meeting
Santi Demajo is the Scientific Coordinator of the CGI-Clinics project, and recently presented the project at the Cancer Variant Interpretation for Cancer Consortium virtual meeting, discussing the use of computational methods to interpret mutations from cancer patients in clinics.
The Variant Interpretation for Cancer Consortium (VICC) aims to standardise the way we understand cancer variants to enable precision oncology, uniting leading institutions working to curate, represent, and interpret cancer variants.
