The CGI-Clinics workflow is structured in three main groups, orchestrated by the Project Coordinator, IRB:

• Decision support tool (WP1 and WP4)
• Patient care (WP2 and WP3)
• Health economics & regulatory (WP5)

The ‘Decision support tool’ group will deliver the Cancer Genome Interpreter tool to the ‘Patient care’ group, and receive feedback from them on adapting both the CGI-Clinics platform and the eduCGI tool to meet patients’ needs. WP5 will define the KPIs to be measured by the clinical partners, and receive feedback both from them and from patients. There are three additional transversal WPs (6, 7 and 8) that will interact directly with all the work packages.
